OFFICIAL RULES... Contest Signups Close Dec 13th, 9AM EST
1. Lineups Requirements: Starting lineups will consist
of the following:
- 1 Quarterback
- 2 Running Backs
- 3 Wide Receivers
- 1 Tight End
- 1 Place Kicker
2. Weekly Play: The FFTOC's Monthly Challenge will extend
from NFL Week 14 (contest week 1) through JAN 3 (contest week 4).
Starting in week 1, all team
managers will fill out their starting lineup by selecting from the
FFTOC's Monthly Challenge Player Pool of NFL players.
Beginning in week 2
and for all successive NFL Playoff weeks, team managers will continue to select
from the FFTOC's Monthly Challenge Player Pool but will
be unable to choose any NFL player that they have already used.
3. Play One, Two or Three Teams and Win
The FFTOC's Monthly Challenge consists of one contest.
However, to allow each participant the ability to try different strategies and fully apply their knowledge and skill,
each participant can buy multiple teams as follows:
1 Team - $75
2 Teams - $90
3 Teams - $100
If a contestant purchases three teams, their cost per team is only $33 ($100/3).
We anticipate some managers will buy one team, others will buy two teams and others will buy three teams. The choice
is yours.
NOTE: If you want to take advantage of the multiple team discounts,
you must order the multiple teams all at the same time.
4. Score 50 or More Points Each Week
If a given team fails to score 50 or more points in a given NFL week, that team will turn red in the standings indicating
they have been eliminated from the contest. Once eliminated, a team will not be eligible to
win prizes, however they may continue to play along for entertainment purposes only.
5. Prize Breakdown -
All prizes are guaranteed. All prizes below are based on 80 orders (not teams).
If we exceed 90 orders, more new extra prizes will be added.

| 1st Place |
$600.00 CASH |
| 2nd Place |
$500.00 CASH |
| 3rd Place |
$400.00 CASH |
As with all prizes, you must score 50+ points each week of the contest to be
eligible to win a No Stud QB bonus prize.
**** c. BONUS: HIGHEST ONE WEEK SCORE PRIZE:
The team that scores the most points in a given week, over the four weeks of the contest will win
$250.00 CASH.
EX: if Team-A's 150 points is the high score in week1 and
if Team-B's 179 points is the high score in week2 and
if Team-C's 155 points is the high score in week3 and
if Team-D's 156 points (before the 2X multipler is applied) is the high score in week4,
then Team-B would win the $250.00. If we have a tie, the tying teams will share equally the
$250.00.
Also note, to win this high score prize, you must score
50+ points in each week of the contest.
**** d. BONUS: FLIRT WITH DANGER TOILET BOWL PRIZES:
The three (3) teams that score the least amount of Total Points over the four weeks of the contest, but still manage
to score a minimum of 50 points each week will win.
To be clear, as with all prizes, you must score 50 points each week to win in the Toilet Bowl.
Further, you must score 50 points in week four before the 2X multipler is applied.
In short, the Toilet Bowl winner is the non-eliminated team that has the fewest Total Points
in the final standings.
Example:
Team A scores: 50, 50, 50 and 49.
(Team A eliminated week 4 due to only scoring 49 points in week 4)
Team B scores: 51, 51, 51 and 60. Team B's Total Points=273; (51+51+51+ 60x2= 273)
Team C scores: 50, 51, 51 and 61. Team C's Total Points=274
Team D scores: 50, 50, 50 and 62. Team D's Total Points=274
Team E scores: 54, 55, 55 and 55. Team D's Total Points=274
So, from above teams, Team B would lead the pack for the Toilet Bowl.

6. Available Players:
a. FFTOC's Monthly Challenge Player Pool: Prior to week 1,
the FFTOC Player Pool will be defined by the FFTOC commissioner,
Fantasy Tournaments LLC. This Player Pool will include approximately
350 NFL players that are on week 1 NFL team rosters. All players will be assigned a fixed
NFL position (ex: QB, RB, WR, etc).
The Player Pool will not include NFL Teams since no team defense position is used in the
FFTOC's Monthly Challenge.
b. Once Play Begins:
Once an NFL player
has been started by a team manager that player is no longer available
to that team manager to use in his starting lineups for the remainder
of the FFTOC's Monthly Challenge.
While software is provided to
aid you, each manager is responsible
for making sure they do not start a player more than once.
7. League Management Web Address: You
can access your team via the internet by going to http://www.fftoc.com.
8. Lineup Submission: Lineups must be submitted
either via the "My Team" web page at http://www.fftoc.com,
or by phone in emergency situations only. It is the responsibility
of each team manager to submit timely, valid starting lineups each week.
In an emergency, you can call in your line-up from 9-11AM ET on NFL
Sundays. The phone number is 919-306-1015. Personal identity verification will be required on all call-ins. The
FFTOC is not responsible if emergency call-in volume results in busy signals and the FFTOC is not responsible for any
errors or miscommunications that result from your lineup being submitted via phone. The emergency line is only functional
Sunday from 9-11AM ET and only for emergency lineup submissions. No voice mail messages will be accepted. No voice
mail lineups or email lineups will be accepted. To be fair to all, these rules will be applied with no expectations.
Using your is always your
best option for lineup submission.
a. Submission Time:
Starting players must be submitted into your starting lineup 10 minutes before their game kicks off.
b. Committed Starting Players: A starting player is considered "committed"
to your lineup as of 10 minutes before their game kicks off. Non-committed
players in a starting lineup can be changed up to 10 minutes prior to their game
kicking off. For example, players
committed by an FFTOC team manager at kickoff of a Saturday game can
not be changed, but the non-committed starting lineup players can
be up until 10 minutes before their game kicks off (e.g. Sunday morning).
This rule applies to non-committed players
in a Sunday night game also.
c. No Starters Submitted: It is the responsibility of each team manager to submit timely,
starting lineups each week. Failure to submit a lineup
will result in zero points.
Failure to submit a player in a lineup position slot (ex: WR1, WR2, WR3, RB1, etc)
will result in zero points for that position slot however it will not void other submitted position slots.
9. Scoring:
a. Calculations: Scoring will be calculated out to the
hundredth for all players (e.g. 23.15).
b. NFL Players: Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends and Place Kickers
may score from any position on the field in the following manner:
6 points for touchdowns scored passing, receiving and rushing.
0.04 point for each yard passed. (e.g. 200 yards passing equals 8.00 fantasy points)
0.1 point for each yard rushed or received. (e.g. 83 combined yards equals 8.3 fantasy points)
3 points for each field goal kicked.
1 point for each extra point kicked.
Note: To clarify, all NFL Players are graded out using the
following formula.
Points =
rushyds/10
+recyds/10
+passyds/25
+6*passTD
+6*runTD
+6*recTD
+xpm
+3*fgm
In other words, all players get credit (+/-) for their stats. Also note, no points will be awarded for 2-point conversions,
fumble recovered TDs and special teams TDs. Only rushing, receiving and passing TDs earn points for a TD scored.
10. Most Total Points in the FFTOC's Monthly Challenge (weeks 1-4) Wins:
At the end of week 4, the eligible team that
has the highest Total Points over the entire challenge will be deemed the
Total Points Winner for purposes of prize awards.
EXAMPLE:
If Team-C scores 90-points in week 1, 90-points in week 2, 90-points in week 3,
and 90-points in week 4, Team-C's Total Points will be equal 450.00.
If Team-D scores 88-points in week 1, 88-points in week 2, 88-points in week 3,
and 95-points in week 4, Team-D's Total Points will be equal 454.00.
11. Week Four is extra special in the FFTOC's Monthly Challenge (weeks 1-4):
In week 4, all eligible teams will have their week four score doubled (Week 4 Score X 2) and the doubled
score will be assigned to a team's Total Points.
EXAMPLE:
If Team-A scores 90-points in week 1, 100-points in week 2,
80-points in week 3 and 105-points in week 4, then Team-A's
Total Points would equal 480 (90+100+80+(2x105)).
NOTE: before the week 4 2X multiplier is applied, your team must score 50+ points in week 4,
otherwise your team will be eliminated before the 2X adjustment will be applied.
EXAMPLE:
If Team-B scores 42-points in week 4, Team-B will be eliminated as they did not score 50+ points.
Further, Team-B will not be eligible to have their 42-point week four score doubled to clear the 50-point hurdle.
12. Tie for Total Points Prize:
In the event of a tie, a tie breaker will be used in the following order:
1) Most points in week 4
2) Most points in week 3
3) Most points in week 2
4) Most points in week 1
5) Most QB points in week 4
6) Most QB points in week 3
7) Most QB points in week 2
8) Most QB points in week 1
In the event a tie still remains, the tying teams will share equally in the prize awards
for their rankings. For example, if the two highest scoring eligible teams had the exact same Total Points scored
in all the tie breakers, they would share the combined total of the first
two ranking spots.
In this scenario, both team managers would be considered tied for first place,
with the next highest point total as third place.
13. Tie for Toilet Bowl Prize:
In the event of a tie, a tie breaker will be used in the following order:
1) Least points over 50 in week 4
2) Least points over 50 in week 3
3) Least points over 50 in week 2
4) Least points over 50 in week 1
In the event a tie still remains, the tying teams will share equally in the prize awards
for their rankings.
14. Tie for No Stud QB Prize:
In the event of a tie, a tie breaker will be used in the following order:
1) Most points in week 4
2) Most points in week 3
3) Most points in week 2
4) Most points in week 1
In the event a tie still remains, the tying teams will share equally in the prize awards
for their rankings.
15. Stats: Vendor provided statistics will be the official stats for the FFTOC.
